TheoryOfLove: When individuals do not feel loved, they do not feel as though they belong, and this often creates mental health challenges. We all feel the need to belong, and we all have vulnerabilities — times when we don’t feel on top of the world. So let’s do something about it and embrace our collective vulnerability.

Hi, Thanks for the post. I agree. I’ve been dealing with mental illnesses for almost 30 years. Although I am doing well now, it’s taken a great deal of inner strength to transcend the social and cultural stigmas. Community engagement is necessary in order to raise mental health awareness. Thanks!
